    North Mac head coach Shane Owsley led one of the most exciting and unexpected turnarounds that any program in the state saw a season ago. In his first year on the job, Owsley oversaw a team that improved from 3-6 to 9-0 and he led the Panthers to the second round of the 3A playoffs. A season later, that program is working to handle the suddenly lofty expectations created by themselves and that is the root of our discussion with the North Mac coach.
