Springfield took on Southeast to open day two of the volleyball city tournament. The Senators took care of the Spartans by winning 25-10,25-7. SHG and Lanphier squared off in game two and though the Lions played a competitive second set, SHG would go on to win 25-9,25-3.
The city championship between Springfield and SHG will be at SHS at 7:15.
