Glenwood shocked the state last week as they beat SHG for the first time since 2001. On the other side of town, Springfield captured a thrilling 45-39 over Southeast in overtime.
Springfield comes into this game with a 1-1 record with a win against Southeast and a last second loss at MacArthur. Glenwood stands unbeaten at 2-0 as they got wins over U-High and SHG.
Glenwood will travel to Memorial Stadium to take on the Senators this Friday evening at 7 p.m.
