Lanphier and Lincoln meet at the 3A Rochester regional and Southeast and MacArthur meet at the 3A MacArthur regional. Only two teams will head into the 3A Eisenhower sectional where Lanphier or Lincoln await the winner of Champaign Central/Effingham and Southeast or MacArthur await the winner of Mahomet-Seymour/ Urbana.
