After upset wins over Springfield High and O’Fallon to get to the Sectional Semifinals, the Glenwood Titans didn’t quite have another upset in them, as Edwardsville eventually got the best of them in a 51-40 win at Champaign Centennial. Makenzie Bray was spectacular, as she has been all four years of her high school career, finishing with 22 points and making big bucket after big bucket for the Titans. Bray helped cut the Edwardsville lead to just four midway through the third quarter, but it still wasn’t enough for the Titans to pull off the upset.
