Neal Scheuermann had been the go-to guy all game long, so with the score tied at 58 with time ticking down, Coach John Hughs put the ball in his senior guard’s hands. Scheuermann tipped his own miss back in as time expired to give Deer Creek Mackinaw a 60-58 win over Pleasant Plains in the Williamsville Holiday Tournament quarterfinal.
