Down 2-1 at the half, the Cyclones didn’t seem phased. SHG scored two goals in the second half to come back and beat Pleasant Plains 3-2 in the 1A Macon sectional semifinal.
Patrick Hoyle scored the first two goals for SHG while Nico Hubbell netted the game winner with just over six minutes to play.
Connor Novy scored both goals for Pleasant Plains. The Cyclones will play Beardstown in the 1A Macon sectional championship on Saturday at 1 p.m.
