Springfield High picked up their fifth win last Saturday to push the Senators into the 6A playoffs. SHG is looking to pick up their sixth win of the season and secure a home playoff game. The Senators were picked to win the CS8 conference by the coaches in a preseason poll. SHG is the reigning conference champion looking to make sure they don’t lose three CS8 games in a regular season since 1999. Something has to give on Friday night when the Cyclones host the Senators at Ken Leonard Field.
