The Springfield High Senators aren’t scared of any teams heading into the 2017 season after making a run to the 3A state title game last year. Returning a core group of seniors that contributed on both sides last year, Damian Pierce, Trevor Minder, Austin Alderman and Austin Troemper are ready to take on the CS8 and try to make another postseason run. We talk with the four seniors and head coach Jim Steinwart to discuss memories, experience, the special pair of boxers and Damo dingers in 2017.
