Maddi Epperson scored 22 points to lead her Warriors on senior night to a 47-43 win over previously undefeated Tri-City in a rematch of the Sangamon County championship game.
Epperson and Micah Tapscott, who had 12, built a 15 point second quarter lead and were able to hold on despite Ashley Ford’s 19 points as the Tornadoes cut the lead to three in the fourth quarter.
